Our Deloitte SAP Consultants evaluate, develop, and implement SAP systems for business clients. They determine their business needs, design and build SAP solutions, and smoothly integrate applications with existing IT infrastructure.

Our Deloitte SAP team can help transform an organization and elevate performance levels with a suite of solutions centered around the leading-edge SAP S/4 HANA platform. Within service design, we collaborate with our clients to plan and implement a comprehensive suite of solutions, understanding their business processes and translating these into conceptual designs leading to successful system implementations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial system requirements through successful implementation into operations, gaining a deep understanding of their end-to-end processes.
• You will manage sub-project tasks within the scope of new implementations.
• You will design and extend SAP standard software solutions.
• You will work on the development of customer applications and integrate various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed a university degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• You have at least three years of experience writing functional detail specifications and documentation (using Jira & Confluence).
• You know how to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., architecture, design, testing) to ensure products meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
• You have experience creating and prioritizing a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns with the product vision and goals, and you can refine it based on feedback.
• You are experienced in creating BPMNs in alignment with the technical team and maintain a deep understanding of the business's end-to-end processes.
• You ideally have experience working as a product owner and/or business analyst in previous roles.
• You enjoy working in a large team and communicate confidently in both German and English.
