This senior position involves supporting both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. You will enhance logistics operations through digital transformation and best practices, focusing on optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring seamless system integration, and driving automation initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Serve as the primary consultant for SAP WM/EWM, providing expert guidance on warehouse structure, inventory management, and logistics execution.
Design, configure, and customize SAP WM/EWM functionalities to optimize warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, stock movements, and storage control.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reducing operational costs and ensuring compliance with logistics best practices.
Support SAP WM/EWM implementations, from blueprinting and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
Lead or support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects, focusing on WM to EWM transition strategies, data migration, and process reengineering.
Provide training and documentation for key users and warehouse staff, ensuring a smooth transition to new SAP WM/EWM functionalities.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in SAP WM/EWM consulting or equivalent roles.
Extensive experience with SAP ECC WM and SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations.
Deep understanding of SAP WM integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
Strong expertise in SAP WM functionalities, including stock management, bin determination, picking strategies, and warehouse control.
Hands-on experience with SAP EWM features, such as labor management, slotting/rearrangement, and wave management.
Experience with middleware solutions, barcode scanners, RFID, and automation tools for warehouse operations.
