The Role
As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our SAP SD landscape, with a focus on both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the primary internal consultant for the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, offering comprehensive knowledge and support for all related processes and configurations.
- Conduct detailed customizing and configuration of the SAP SD module to fulfill business requirements, including pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and sales order processing.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new SAP SD functionalities and configurations to ensure alignment with business requirements regarding sales, distribution, and order processing.
- Collaborate closely with other SAP module teams (e.g., MM, FI, PP) and external application teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow within the SAP landscape.
- Support brownfield conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including thorough documentation.
What Do You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD consulting or support roles, with extensive experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SD module, including the customization and configuration of key processes such as pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and sales order processing.
- Experience with brownfield conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on process optimization.
- Familiarity with SAP integration techniques relevant to SD, including IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA conversions.
- Proficiency in English; additional skills in German, Spanish, or Croatian are a plus.
