I hope you're doing well! We are currently seeking a Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant for one of our international automotive clients. This role is perfect for a hands-on consultant who possesses in-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes and thrives in a support-driven environment.
Project Details
- Role: Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant
- Workload: 4-8 hours/day (US Time Zone)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term engagement
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve SAP SD/LE support tickets
- Troubleshoot shipping, logistics, EDI/IDoc, and pricing-related issues
- Support end-to-end processes from customer demand through to shipping and invoicing
- Analyse and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc integration issues
- Work directly with business users and EDI/B2B teams
- Support customer-specific requirements, such as labelling
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE)
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
- AMS/support and ticket-handling experience
- Good understanding of EDI and IDoc processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, from customer demand through to shipping and invoicing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
