Make a positive impact in the world by helping our clients successfully manage global challenges.

As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and assist our clients in implementing and optimizing innovative solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class solutions using the full Salesforce suite to help our clients achieve business excellence.

In our team, you will work directly with a diverse range of customers from day one. You will have significant responsibilities and opportunities for personal initiative. Your contributions to projects will be indispensable from the start in a multidisciplinary and diverse team.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Salesforce Technical Architect in our team, we expect you to effectively balance your technical Salesforce expertise with strong project management skills to guide your teams and deliver successful projects that meet clients' needs and expectations.

  • Utilize your expert knowledge of Salesforce Solution Architecture to lead the design of innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Cultivate the end-to-end development of market activities such as responding to procurement/RFP/RFI/pre-sales activities and engaging customers in discovery exercises.
  • Leverage Salesforce's AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein or Agentforce) to design and implement intelligent solutions that automate processes, predict outcomes, and provide personalized recommendations to users.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, continuously evaluating and recommending new ways to optimize our customers' platforms in alignment with their business.
  • Develop and promote internal best practices and standards for Salesforce architecture. Mentor and challenge colleagues to stretch themselves professionally and think outside the box.
  • Recommend and implement actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve the best results for clients while working with a variety of stakeholders in Switzerland.
  • 4+ years of architecture experience in integration projects and designing and implementing Salesforce solutions; Salesforce certification is required (Mulesoft is a plus).
  • A long-term ambition to become an enterprise architect, extending beyond the Salesforce stack.
  • A passion for digitization, continuously staying informed of the latest innovations beneficial to businesses.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
  • Willingness to work abroad and a good understanding of political relationships and cultural differences.
  • Fluency in German or French, as well as English.
