As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading international companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enhanced by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and assist our clients in leveraging the Salesforce platform to implement and optimize innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class solutions using the entire Salesforce suite to help our clients achieve business excellence.

Your responsibilities will start from day one, directly impacting a diverse range of customers. You will have significant responsibilities and opportunities for personal initiative. As a member of a multidisciplinary and diverse team, your contributions to projects will be invaluable from the outset.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will efficiently balance your technical expertise with strong project management skills to guide your teams and deliver successful projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

• Utilize your expert knowledge of Salesforce Solution Architecture to lead the design of innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.
• Participate in designing and implementing customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
• Cultivate end-to-end development of market activities, such as responding to procurement/RFP/RFI/pre-sales and engaging customers in discovery exercises.
• Leverage Salesforce's AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein or Agentforce) to design and implement intelligent solutions for process automation, outcome prediction, and personalized user recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, continuously evaluating and recommending ways to optimize customer platforms in alignment with their business goals.
• Develop and promote internal best practices for Salesforce architecture, mentoring colleagues to encourage professional growth and innovative thinking.
• Recommend and implement actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with a collaborative, impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve exceptional results for clients while working with various stakeholders in Switzerland.
• 4+ years of architectural experience in integration projects and designing/implementing Salesforce solutions; Salesforce certification is required (MuleSoft experience is a plus).
• A long-term ambition to become an enterprise architect beyond the Salesforce stack.
• A passion for digitization and an eagerness to stay informed on the latest innovations that can benefit businesses.
• Strong experience in agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• Open to working abroad with an understanding of political relationships and cultural differences.
• Fluency in German or French, and English.
