As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national Biopharma and Medtech companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by innovative technologies. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Veeva CRM and IQVIA OCE to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes using Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage end-to-end implementation projects.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant, you are expected to effectively balance your technical Salesforce expertise with strong project management skills to successfully deliver projects that meet clients' needs and expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables; implement projects within budget and monitor potential risks or issues while identifying effective mitigation actions.
  • Analyze and map commercial processes along with their impact on organizations in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies supporting commercial processes specific to the Life Sciences industry, including Salesforce, Veeva CRM, and IQVIA OCE, while leading the project team in designing optimal solutions for clients.
  • Lead workshops for process design and improvements.
  • Manage project teams effectively, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching when necessary.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring progress, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns to meet their needs.
  • Equip the team with the necessary tools and resources for successful project execution.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-focused mindset that drives optimal results for clients while working with various stakeholders.
  • You possess over 4 years of experience in implementing Salesforce and hold Salesforce certification.
  • Expertise in at least one industry-specific solution such as Veeva CRM or IQVIA OCE.
  • A thorough understanding of sales and service processes with the ability to leverage leading commercial technologies for business improvements in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Experienced in agile project methodologies and design thinking.
  • Willingness to work internationally and awareness of political relationships and cultural differences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
