As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading international Biopharma and Medtech companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by innovative technologies. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Veeva CRM and IQVIA OCE to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize business processes leveraging Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage end-to-end implementation projects.

Join our multidisciplinary and international Salesforce Team and work from day one on a diverse range of customers and projects spanning various sectors, with a deep focus on Life Sciences. You'll have a significant level of responsibility and many opportunities for personal initiative and growth.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant, we expect you to efficiently balance your technical Salesforce expertise with strong project management skills to guide your teams and deliver successful projects that meet clients' needs and expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring implementation projects are delivered on time and within budget while monitoring risks and issues.
  • Define, analyze, and map commercial processes and their impacts on organizations in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of different technologies underpinning commercial processes specific to the Life Sciences industries, including Salesforce, Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE, etc. Lead the project team in designing the right target solutions for clients.
  • Lead workshop preparation and execution for process design and improvements.
  • Effectively manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members when required.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through monitoring, gathering feedback, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the right tools and resources for each project.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve the best results for clients while working with a variety of stakeholders in Switzerland.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce and certified in Salesforce.
  • Strong expertise in at least one industry-specific solution (Veeva CRM or IQVIA OCE).
  • A deep understanding of sales and service processes, with the ability to drive business improvements leveraging leading commercial technologies within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
  • Open to working abroad with a good sense of political relationships and cultural differences.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
