As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national Biopharma and Medtech companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by advanced technologies. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Veeva CRM and IQVIA OCE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes leveraging Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage end-to-end implementation projects.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant, you will efficiently balance your technical Salesforce expertise with robust project management skills and knowledge of the Lifesciences/Medtech industry. Your role will include guiding the teams you are responsible for and delivering successful projects that meet clients' needs and expectations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and the challenges they face.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, and successfully deliver implementation projects on time and within budget, while monitoring risks and issues that may arise.
• Define, analyze, and map commercial processes and their impacts on organizations within the Lifesciences industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies underpinning commercial processes specific to the Lifesciences sector, including Salesforce, Veeva CRM, and IQvia OCE, leading the project team in designing optimal solutions for clients.
• Prepare and execute workshops focused on process design and improvements.
• Effectively manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and meeting their needs.
• Equip the team with the right tools and resources for each project.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve excellent results for clients while working with diverse stakeholders in Switzerland.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce and Salesforce certification.
• Extensive knowledge in at least one industry-specific solution (Veeva CRM or IQvia OCE).
• Deep understanding of sales and service processes, with the ability to drive business improvements using leading commercial technologies within the Lifesciences sector.
• Strong experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• Willingness to work abroad along with awareness of political relationships and cultural differences.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
