As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients enhance their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Gather requirements from clients and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage the implementation process from initiation to completion.
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement.
• Work with clients to enhance their marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as your team's goals.
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about how businesses can use technology and digital tools to transform customer experiences, and you have experience in implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You are sharp, analytical, and focused on results - a true high-flyer. You consistently strive to achieve the best outcomes for your clients and maintain high standards for yourself and your colleagues. You possess the skills necessary to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, both in Switzerland and abroad.
• Strong analytical skills and a Master's degree (such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field) is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in IT and an understanding of how commercial technologies can be tailored to meet client needs.
• 2-5 years of experience working with or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Data Cloud is an advantage).
• You understand how embracing CDP and AI trends can significantly impact customer and marketing activation.
• Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• You are professionally driven and ambitious; you persistently pursue solutions and demonstrate commitment to their practical implementation.
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory.
