As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading national and international companies in implementing and optimizing business processes powered by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and assist our clients in enhancing their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Gather requirements from clients and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish.
• Support and conduct workshops for process design and improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to project deliverables and those of your team.
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about how businesses can leverage technology and digital tools to transform customer experiences and have prior experience in implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You possess strong analytical skills and hold a Master’s degree (such as in Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Demonstrable experience in IT and an understanding of how commercial technologies can be tailored to meet customer requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience with or in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, holding at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Datacloud is a plus).
• You understand the impact of embracing CDP and AI trends on customer and marketing activation.
• Experience with agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• You are driven and ambitious, committed to finding solutions and implementing them effectively.
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory.
