As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients enhance their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Gather requirements from clients and develop project plans.
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish.
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as the deliverables of your team.
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about how businesses can leverage technology and digital tools to transform customer experiences and have experience implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You are sharp, analytical, and focused on substance—a true high-flyer. Your main objective is always to achieve the best results for your clients, setting high expectations for both yourself and your colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a beta study is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in IT and an understanding of how commercial technologies can be customized based on customer requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience working with or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, holding at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of DataCloud is a plus).
• You understand how embracing CDP and AI trends can enhance customer and marketing activation.
• Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• You are professionally driven and ambitious, committed to finding solutions, and demonstrate dedication to practical realization.
• Fluency in French or German and English is essential.
