As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading national and international companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients improve their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaboration with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process will be key to your success.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Gather requirements from clients and develop project plans;
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish;
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement;
• Work with clients to enhance their marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as those of your team;
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about leveraging technology and digital tools to transform customer experiences and have experience implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You are sharp, analytical, and focused on substance—a true high-flyer. Your goal is always to achieve the best results for your clients, setting high standards for yourself and your colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a Master's degree (such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field) are desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in IT with an understanding of customizing commercial technologies according to client requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience with or implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Datacloud is a plus).
• You understand how embracing CDP and AI trends can enhance customer and marketing activation.
• Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• You are motivated and ambitious, maintaining commitment to challenges until a practical solution is realized.
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory.
