As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients enhance their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Gather requirements from clients and develop project plans;
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish;
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement;
• Work with clients to improve their marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as the deliverables of your team;
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement;

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about how businesses can use technology and digital tools to transform customer experience, with prior experience in implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• Sharp, analytical, and focused on substance – a real high-flyer who sets high standards for yourself and your colleagues to deliver outstanding results for clients.
• Strong analytical skills, and a Master's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related area is a plus;
• Demonstrable experience in IT and understanding of how commercial technologies can be customized to meet customer needs;
• 2-5 years of experience working with or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Datacloud is a plus);
• Understanding of how embracing CDP and AI trends can enhance customer and marketing activation;
• Experience in agile project methodologies and design thinking;
• Professionally driven and ambitious, committed to finding and realizing solutions in practice;
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory;
