Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant, Deloitte Digital

Location: Zurich or Geneva

How You Can Make an Impact

• Designing how technology can best enable the commercial process and implementing this design in Salesforce.
• Defining and owning business requirements while advising clients on improvement actions.
• Facilitating workshops for process design and improvement.
• Defining, analyzing, and mapping commercial processes and their organizational impacts.
• Maintaining strong client relationships at your level.
• Contributing to overall project deliverables as well as those of your team.
• Recommending actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

You are passionate about leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance customer experiences and are eager to delve deeper into the world of CRM solutions. You are sharp, analytical, and results-oriented, always striving for the best outcomes for your clients.

• Strong analytical skills and a Master's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT or an understanding of how commercial technologies can be tailored to our clients' needs.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce suite and products or prior experience in implementing such technologies.
• A strong affinity for commercial sales and service processes, eager to work within this domain.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• A demonstrated interest in understanding the customization of commercial technologies.
• Professionally driven and ambitious, committed to finding solutions and realizing them in practice.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German being essential.
