Our Zurich team of 10 operates like a start-up—fast-moving, people-first, and growth-oriented. We support 50+ consultants on assignment each month and continue to expand across the region.

As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Team Manager to join our Zurich office—someone with a successful background in managing salespeople, a hands-on mindset, and the energy to grow with us.

Work Tasks

The Role: Lead a Team, Drive Sales, & Shape Our Growth! You will take on full responsibility for a team of Account Managers, ensuring performance, coaching development, and helping grow our local market.

  • Lead and support a small team of Account Managers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and target tracking
  • Own team performance, motivation, and growth
  • Recruit and onboard new Account Managers
  • Support Account Managers in client meetings and assist in closing deals

We Are Looking For

You don’t need 10+ years of experience, but a hands-on background in managing a sales team is essential.

You will thrive with us if you have:

  • A proven experience managing a B2B sales team
  • A track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • A goal-driven, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English (C1)
  • A passion for developing people and helping them succeed
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
