As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a people-focused, results-driven sales team manager who is prepared to manage both team dynamics and sales strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our office culture, ensuring client success, and promoting overall growth.
You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers, being responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on people management, team performance, and local growth.
You will act as the right hand to the Branch Manager concerning sales performance, strategy, and processes.
We don't require over 20 years of experience—rather, we seek someone who has already demonstrated solid results in B2B sales and team leadership, and is ready to take on new challenges.
