As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're looking for a Sales Team Manager to join us.
We are seeking a people-focused, results-driven sales team manager who is ready to balance both team management and sales strategy. You will be a key player in shaping our office culture, ensuring client success, and driving overall growth.
You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers and be responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on people management, team performance, and local growth.
You will act as the right hand of the Branch Manager in matters concerning sales performance, strategy, and processes.
We are not looking for 20+ years of experience; we want someone who has already achieved solid results in B2B sales and team leadership and is ready for more.
