We are looking for a people-focused, results-driven Sales Team Manager who is ready to balance both team management and sales strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our office culture, ensuring client success, and driving overall growth.
You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers, being responsible for their success and professional development. Your focus will be on people management, team performance, and local growth.
You will serve as the right hand of the Branch Manager regarding sales performance, strategy, and processes.
