About the Role

For over 25 years, we have supported companies across six countries with innovative staffing and recruitment solutions, specifically focused on professionals at the early stages of their careers. Our Zurich office operates like a start-up, featuring a close-knit team of around 10 colleagues who support over 50 consultants on assignment each month across the region. As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our team.

Work Tasks

We are looking for a people-focused, results-driven Sales Team Manager who is ready to balance both team management and sales strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our office culture, ensuring client success, and driving overall growth.

As a Team Manager

You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers, being responsible for their success and professional development. Your focus will be on people management, team performance, and local growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting a team of Account Managers through regular performance follow-ups (face-to-face meetings).
  • Recruiting new team members while fostering a strong sales culture.
  • Inspiring your team to achieve our ultimate goal: client satisfaction!
  • Collaborating with local leadership to grow our Zurich office and refine our operational processes.

As a Sales Manager

You will serve as the right hand of the Branch Manager regarding sales performance, strategy, and processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers in client meetings and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Tracking sales KPIs and assisting the Branch Manager with process alignment.
  • Designing tailored development plans for Account Managers.
  • Organizing and leading training and onboarding initiatives for new hires.
  • Analyzing client portfolios, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions.

We Are Looking For

We don’t require 20+ years of experience—just someone who has already achieved solid results in B2B sales and team leadership and is ready for more.

You will thrive if you possess:

  • A successful background in B2B sales.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others in a sales setting.
  • A hands-on mindset and a passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written), and a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • A leadership style that is inspiring, structured, and full of energy.
