Your Responsibilities

  • Provide international service center support, including oral and written communication in English and German, and ideally in other languages.
  • Process technical and commercial orders using our IT processing system (SAP).
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Handle e-business transactions including purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and workshops to ensure timely completion of materials for delivery.
  • Create export and transit documents in the electronic customs processing system (SAP GTS).
  • Prepare shipping documents and assign transport orders to freight forwarders.
  • Manage invoicing of shipments and creation of credit/debit notes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist accounting with dunning processes.
  • Handle letters of credit in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Process customer complaints, freight forwarder claims, and insurance issues, such as transport damages, shipment loss, and delays.
  • Organize and monitor return shipments.
  • Engage in independent process control, monitoring inventory, invoicing of deliveries, missing parts, accounts receivable, and return processing times.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call duty approximately 6 times per year, with 24/7 availability for one week each time.

Your Background

  • Commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in a commercial field.
  • Several years of professional experience.
  • Genuine interest in technology, particularly turbochargers.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages (German preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SAP (SD-Module) and MS Office.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • A sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to perform emergency service as per operational requirements.
