Position: Sales Support Engineer
As a Sales Support Engineer at Tethys Robotics, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of product demonstrations, pilots, and training sessions at customer sites worldwide. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, ensuring the technical success of our initiatives from site assessment and logistics to safe and convincing operations on-site.
You will take the lead as the primary operator of our robotic systems in customer-facing projects, with support from our R&D engineers for more complex scenarios. After pilots and service missions, you will process collected data, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate results back to customers and internal teams, ensuring every project is executed professionally and documented thoroughly.
Moreover, you will not only operate our systems but also play a key role in streamlining and enhancing the processes that make our demos and pilots scalable and repeatable. From conducting risk assessments to developing logistic checklists, your contributions will significantly shape how Tethys Robotics delivers field operations to customers.
As a pivotal member of the commercial team, your mission is to ensure that every demo and pilot builds confidence, trust, and fosters long-term customer relationships.

- Perform pilot service jobs for customers, acting as the operator on site while collaborating with R&D for innovative technical approaches.
- Conduct customer training sessions on our robotic systems internationally.
- Process collected data after demos and pilots, prepare professional reports, and communicate results to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify marketing opportunities during customer interactions (photos, case studies, testimonials).
- Actively contribute to the development of demo and pilot processes, including standardized procedures, documentation, and best practices for scaling field operations.
- Share insights from offshore operations with the sales and engineering teams, as your expertise is highly valued.
- Document technical issues and provide structured feedback to sales and engineering for product improvement.
