Key Responsibilities
- Advising and selling our range of accommodation.
- Emailing and telephoning with clients prior to arrival and handling their requests.
- Liaising with agents and other third parties.
- Managing daily closing procedures.
- Assisting with company administration, bookings, and office organization.
Your Profile
- Experience in hotel reception or back office is desirable.
- Excellent German and English language skills (French or other languages are a plus).
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong service orientation.
- Independent, reliable, and structured work style.
- Enjoyment of working in a small, close-knit team.
- Good knowledge of Zermatt and enthusiasm for the region.
- Experience with PMS systems.
- Confident and proficient use of web applications and Office Software.
What We Offer
