We are currently seeking a Sales Representative - Orthopedics (M/F/D) - 100% for one of our clients located in the north Vaud region.
Job Description
- Provide technical and commercial support in the operating room
- Promote Symbios products to existing and potential clients
- Retain customers and develop new accounts to achieve objectives
- Actively participate in the implementation of the sales strategy
- Manage the administrative aspects related to operations and orders
- Collect and relay market information in a structured manner
- Adhere to the company’s pricing, discounts, and sales conditions
- Keep the company informed about the progress of assigned missions
We Expect
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, and enthusiastic personality
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, including several years in the operating room
- Clinical/technical knowledge of hip/knee products is an advantage
- Structured and strategic work, with an understanding of complex technical systems
- Proficiency with standard computer tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer/solution orientation
- Autonomy and flexibility to adapt to unforeseen situations in the field
- Native German speaker, with a good level of English and French (minimum B2)
