Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or applications within biotech or diagnostics
- Solid understanding of diagnostic technologies and laboratory workflows
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel (up to 80%)
Responsibilities
- Grow market share across the West Coast
- Open new accounts in diagnostics and single-cell research
- Build lasting relationships with laboratories, research institutions, and industry partners
- Deliver impactful product presentations and maintain an active pipeline in the CRM
- Provide insights into market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Compensation
$100,000 to $130,000 per annum.
