Role Summary
The Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the international sales organization to achieve their objectives. This position involves providing insightful reports and analyses, enhancing CRM efficiency, preparing regular business reviews, coordinating yearly sales compensation planning, developing sales processes, and supporting sales planning and forecasting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support international sales team requests.
- Create and develop reports and analyses.
- Optimize and implement CRM and sales tools.
- Drive weekly CRM pipeline reviews.
- Maintain and improve CRM data and processes.
- Automate sales tools and tasks.
- Create and coordinate sales business reviews with FP&A.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to provide sales data for business reviews.
- Provide data and insights regarding top deals and contracts.
- Support sales planning and forecasting processes.
- Review and analyze sales trends internationally.
- Provide data regarding significant deals and contracts.
- Coordinate sales compensation planning.
- Implement yearly compensation plans for international regions.
- Assist with the setup of sales quotas.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is required.
Desired Training and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a sales operations or analytical role.
- Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience working in a US company and a multinational environment.
