Sales Manager, New Units Sales

We invite you to strengthen our team in Baden (Switzerland) by bringing your expertise and experience as a Sales Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead sales projects on an international basis, from pre-acquisition through to acquisition, tendering, negotiation, and handover to execution.
- Develop customized solutions for large-scale gas turbine-based power projects in collaboration with our tender and engineering organization.
- Represent Ansaldo Energia, managing and driving sales projects in conjunction with our customers and internal processes.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration with several years of experience in offering and selling large, complex products or solutions.
- Extensive experience in commercial and technical negotiations for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of power plant technologies, including gas turbines and steam turbines, as well as cost parameters for power projects.
- Understanding of the drivers in today’s power industry and relevant projects.
- Reliable, creative, flexible, and a proactive team player.
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate challenging situations.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of English is required; German is an advantage, while knowledge of Italian and other languages would be beneficial.
