Position: Sales Manager, New Units Sales
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, offering, and negotiation of power plant projects on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead international sales projects from pre-acquisition through acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution.
- Develop customized solutions for large-scale gas turbine-based power projects, in collaboration with our tender and engineering organization.
- Represent Ansaldo Energia by driving sales projects and navigating internal processes with customers.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration, with several years of experience in offering and selling large, complex products or solutions.
- Extensive experience in commercial and technical negotiations for large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of power plant technology, including gas and steam turbines, as well as cost parameters for power projects.
- Familiarity with current drivers in the power industry and related projects.
- Reliable, creative, flexible, and an enthusiastic team player.
- Able to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an advantage, and knowledge of Italian and other languages would be considered an asset.
