Your Mission

You’ll be part of the energetic sales team based in our Nyon office. Your role will be crucial in leading sales strategy per customer account for the Slip Rings Business Unit. You will be accountable for growing the existing client portfolio and expanding our footprint with new international clients. As the single point of contact for clients, you will represent Beyond Gravity, the leader in the Space slip rings market, having the responsibility to sell advanced cutting-edge products and create value for our industry and space customers. This diverse team in Nyon is composed of highly skilled engineers and technicians from various backgrounds and nationalities, each bringing their unique perspective to the table. In Details:

  • Manage large and complex bid submissions.
  • Serve as the sole sales point of contact for clients, representing Beyond Gravity Slip Rings.
  • Set and effectively achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement a successful sales strategy for each customer account.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships while understanding their technical needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and project management, to prepare tailored offers for customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Present offers and contracts to Beyond Gravity’s C-Level management for approval.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional customers.
  • Represent Beyond Gravity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Your Story

  • Background as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the Space or relevant industries, or any other high-tech industry where large contracts are common.
  • Business-minded attitude and strong financial skills.
  • Proven track record in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably within the Space or relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing and self-confident, able to approach customers while also listening to their needs.
  • Structured team player with the capability to lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team under pressure.
  • Highly adaptable in an international environment, capable of engaging with various worldwide customers.
