Your Future Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and retain a professional and private clientele.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare delivery notes.
- Manage inventory and actively participate in stocktaking.
- Oversee one or several departments based on your area of activity.
- Ensure proper presentation and replenishment of products in-store.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics department for order and delivery tracking.
Your Profile
- Confirmed experience in a similar position, preferably in technical sales.
- Good knowledge of tools, fasteners, and hardware.
- Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and construction techniques is a plus.
- A strong passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Exemplify a sense of service, teamwork spirit, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient with computer tools.
- Fluent in French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
