Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities
- Lead Analytical Initiatives: Spearhead sales force effectiveness projects with a strong focus on data analytics, encompassing call activity, customer engagement, sales performance, and digital interactions. Deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders to optimize sales strategies.
- Enhance Digital Campaign Performance: Provide expert analysis of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and deriving insights to recommend continuous improvements in digital email marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Customer Segmentation: Oversee the customer segmentation and targeting process, leveraging advanced data analytics and market insights to identify and prioritize high-value customer segments. Act as a consultant to the business on best practices in segmentation.
- Market Research Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for market research, ensuring adherence to local compliance and pharmacovigilance requirements. Support the selection and evaluation of market research vendors with a focus on data integrity and insights.
- Veeva CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation of sales force effectiveness initiatives within Veeva CRM, ensuring alignment with analytical goals and business needs.
- Collaborate on CRM Data Analytics: Work closely with the data analytics team to support CRM data analytics, ensuring that insights are effectively integrated into sales strategies and operations.
- Compliance Liaison: Act as the point of contact for compliance within the Commercial Operations team, collaborating with regional Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Operations, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and adherence to regulations.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Analytical Tools: Proven experience with CRM systems, marketing cloud platforms (preferably Salesforce and Veeva), and enterprise Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a track record of deriving insights from complex data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with data analytics programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) are preferred.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, with a history of successfully executing projects on time.
- Market Research Experience: Experience in managing primary market research projects is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required. French may be beneficial.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is advantageous.
- Agile Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional agile teams.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Capable of managing stress and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to peers and senior management.
