Job Title: Strategic Sales Initiatives Owner
In this role, you will take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you will contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Value Creation Plan: You will be responsible for the Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. Monthly tracking of KPIs and milestones will be part of your duties, as well as supporting the implementation of selected measures.
- Sales Plays: You will create sales plays in collaboration with regional and country sales teams, as well as marketing and segment teams. Additionally, you will define the rollout plan for these sales plays and track their implementation.
- Pricing: You will oversee the pricing concept and process, implementing clear pricing logic for the product portfolio in alignment with segment teams and sales. You will also manage pricing tools and forecast and monitor pricing changes.
- Market Intelligence: You will monitor relevant competitors and share insights with all pertinent stakeholders. This includes conducting market calculations in collaboration with our Business Development Team.
- Sales Reporting: You will be responsible for sales reporting and forecasting, analyzing new and lost business opportunities.
- Hunting Lists: You will manage the hunting list format and provide monthly reports. Additionally, you will coordinate distribution planning and CRM activities.
