In this role, you will take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you will contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Value Creation Plan: You will be the owner of the Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. You will track KPIs and milestones monthly and support the implementation of selected measures.
- Sales Plays: You will create sales plays in collaboration with regional and country sales as well as marketing and segment teams. You will define the roll-out plan for sales plays and track their implementation.
- Pricing: You will be responsible for the pricing concept and process. You will implement clear pricing logic for the product portfolio in alignment with segment teams and sales, as well as oversee pricing tools and forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: You will monitor relevant competitors and share information with all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct market calculations in collaboration with our Business Development Team.
- Sales Reporting: You will oversee sales reporting and forecasting, analyzing new and lost business.
- Hunting Lists: You will manage the hunting list format and provide monthly reporting. You will also coordinate distribution planning and CRM activities.
