Your Role: Sales Engineer for Genedata Profiler

As a Sales Engineer for Genedata Profiler, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales initiatives by providing expert technical support and guidance throughout the process. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge data integration and analytics platform and the specific needs of our clients within the precision medicine sector. You will work closely with the sales, scientific, product, and development teams to design tailored solutions, conduct pilots, facilitate onboarding, deliver engaging demonstrations, and lead discovery sessions, ensuring that our clients and sales teams achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales implementation.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present customized solutions to healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate the capabilities and value of Genedata Profiler through impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Advise and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and scientific teams to expand the market and shape the product roadmap.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in precision medicine and data analytics.

Essential Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in sales or data science within the software, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient in data ingestion, integration, and analysis processes, especially with pharmaceutical R&D data (experience with clinical trial data is a plus).
• Competent in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiar with AI and advanced analytics to support precision medicine initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including data scientists, IT professionals, and biologists.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
