Your Role as a Sales Engineer for Genedata Profiler

As a Sales Engineer for Genedata Profiler, you will be essential in driving our sales success by offering expert technical support and guidance throughout the sales process. Your primary focus will be on bridging the gap between our cutting-edge data integration and analytics platform and the specific needs of clients in the precision medicine sector. Work collaboratively with sales, scientific, product, and development teams to design tailored solutions, conduct pilots, facilitate onboarding, deliver engaging demos, and lead discovery sessions, ensuring alignment with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales implementation.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present customized solutions to healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Genedata Profiler through presentations and product demos.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Advise and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and scientific teams to expand the market and influence the product roadmap.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in precision medicine and data analytics.

Essential Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in sales or data science within the software, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficiency in data ingestion, integration, and analysis processes, particularly with pharmaceutical R&D data (clinical trial data experience is a plus).
• Competency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics to support precision medicine initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including data scientists, IT professionals, and biologists.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
