Job Opportunity: Central Point of Contact
You will serve as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers, the workshop, and accounting. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Management of Incoming Flows
- Processing emails and following up on after-sales service.
- Receiving mail and packages.
- Handling various documents, including quotes and others.
Customer Relations and Information
- Providing clients with quotes or warranty information.
- Returning items to clients (cleaning parts, packaging, return documents, shipping).
- Following up with clients and the workshop.
Administration & Invoicing
- Accounting for supplier invoices and verifying expenses to be re-invoiced.
- Processing supporting documents following validation from relevant parties.
- Re-invoicing various costs accurately.
Deliveries & Logistics
- Coordinating the delivery of series parts and after-sales service components.
- Managing labels, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Organizing shipments or pickups while communicating with clients.
Client Project Follow-up
- Handling offers and order confirmations.
- Processing deposit and tooling invoices.
- Maintaining various contacts with clients and suppliers.
Transport & International
- Organizing transportation from suppliers to clients.
- Preparing packing lists and transport quote requests.
- Coordinating transport follow-ups and international documents (EUR1, invoice legalization).
Internal Support
- Updating order and deposit tables.
- Managing VAT documents for the Confederation.
- Providing workshop or control assistance.
