Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by connecting with prospects, qualifying leads, and representing the Hyperio brand.
Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list)
- Connect with Prospects - Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and referrals.
- Gather contact information and reach out to potential customers via cold calling, emails, and personalized content and/or marketing content.
- Create an Excellent First Impression - Represent Hyperio AG professionally in all communications and interactions. Craft friendly and well-written initial emails, initial cold calls, showing genuine interest in prospects’ challenges and goals.
- Educate Prospects - Provide information about Hyperio AG’s products and services, addressing prospects' needs and questions. Help prospects make informed decisions by explaining the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Qualify Prospects - Evaluate prospects to ensure they match our ideal customer profiles and are likely to make a purchase. Advance qualified leads to the next stage in the sales process, such as a sales call or product demo.
- Filter Out Unqualified Prospects - Identify prospects that do not meet the criteria for further engagement. Focus on nurturing qualified leads to maximize the efficiency of the team.
- Track and Manage Leads - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the system. Regularly review and update lead status, ensuring a smooth and organized sales process.
- Communicate with Team Members - Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team to ensure a seamless experience for leads. Collaborate with colleagues to refine the sales process and improve overall performance. Support the creation of marketing materials as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related first technical field experience.
- Previous first experience in sales, customer service, or a related technical role is preferred. Juniors are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication (English and (Swiss-)German), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of the consulting industry and the specific challenges faced by businesses in digital transformation
- Familiarity with software development and technology is a plus.
