Sales Consultant Surgery (Aargau-greater Zürichsee) - Fixed Term Contract
As part of our Surgery Business, you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This role covers the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region, working closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that help transform patient care.
We are seeking a strong, customer-oriented, and communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. The position is available immediately or by mutual agreement and is initially offered as a temporary role for 7–12 months, with the option of transitioning into a permanent contract. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery.
- Systematically plan and organize field service activities.
- Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers.
- Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations.
- Organize and implement further training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals.
- Achieve general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and sales.
- Develop and implement sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Represent the business unit at congresses.
Your Profile
- Fluent in German and English, with strong business acumen.
