Sales Consultant Surgery (Aargau-greater Zürichsee) - Fixed Term Contract

As a member of our Surgery Business, you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This role is focused on the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region, where you will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that transform patient care.

Your Role

We are seeking a strong, customer-oriented, and communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This position is available immediately or by mutual agreement, initially offered as a temporary role for 7–12 months, with the option to transition into a permanent contract. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset, you will act as the key point of contact for general surgery surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics. In this central role, you will coordinate, organize, and ensure the proper utilization of our high-quality, innovative products. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, drive their execution, and manage corresponding sales projects within your assigned territory.

Objectives of the Position

  • Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery.
  • Systematic planning and organization of your field service activities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers.
  • Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations.
  • Organize and implement further training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals.
  • Achieve general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Represent the business unit at congresses.
