Sales Responsibilities
- Proactively approach customers with warmth and friendliness, ensuring that all customers—especially those waiting in the shop—feel welcomed and acknowledged.
- Provide competent advice on all products and services, aiming to discover efficient and straightforward solutions while recognizing and exceeding customer needs.
- Present the shop as an experiential world: showcase devices and services in line with marketing and touchpoint design guidelines, making them appealing and tangible for customers.
- Develop innovative ideas from daily interactions to help shape and enhance the shop experience.
Logistics Responsibilities
- Check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Accurately prepare goods for return to the distribution center.
- Receive repaired devices and prepare them for handover to customers, including providing information about availability for pickup.
- Assist with inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
We Expect
- Completion of vocational training (EFZ/EBA) in a sales or service environment.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or consumer electronics sector.
- Proficiency in consulting and customer interactions.
- A genuine enjoyment in customer contact and an interest in the industry.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal.
