Job Description

  • Proactively and warmly engage customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop, catering to both visiting and waiting customers.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice aimed at delivering simple and efficient solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Present devices and services attractively in the shop, following marketing and design guidelines to create an engaging environment.
  • Contribute ideas drawn from daily experiences to actively shape the shop's customer engagement strategies.
  • Inspect new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing while preparing items for returns.
  • Accept repaired devices and ensure they are prepared for customer pickup.
  • Provide support during inventory processes.

We Expect

  • Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or a service-related field.
  • Passion for customer engagement and a keen interest in telecommunications.
  • Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
  • Friendly and communicative demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with an impeccable reputation.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is advantageous.
  • German/SW: C1; Italian: B1 proficiency required.
