Job Description

• Proactive and friendly approach to customers, creating an inviting atmosphere in the shop, even for waiting customers.
• Competent advisory services aimed at delivering simple and efficient solutions while exceeding customer expectations.
• Attractive presentation of devices and services in the shop in accordance with marketing and design guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
• Contributing ideas from daily operations to actively shape the shop environment.
• Checking new deliveries (quality, quantity, timing) and preparing returns.
• Accepting repaired devices and preparing them for customer pickup.
• Supporting inventory counts.

We Expect

• Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or in the service sector.
• Enjoyment in customer interaction and a keen interest in telecommunications.
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
• Friendly and communicative demeanor.
• Team player with an impeccable reputation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus.
