Job Description

• Proactively and warmly engage with customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop – also for waiting customers.
• Provide competent advice aimed at offering simple and efficient solutions that exceed customer needs.
• Present devices and services attractively in-store according to marketing and design guidelines to create an experiential environment.
• Contribute ideas from everyday life to actively shape the shop experience.
• Control new deliveries (quality, quantity, timing) and prepare for returns.
• Accept repaired devices and prepare them for customer pickup.
• Assist during inventory checks.

What We Expect

• Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or in the service sector.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a genuine interest in telecommunications.
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
• A friendly, communicative demeanor.
• A team player with an impeccable reputation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus.
