Job Description
- Proactively and warmly engage with customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop, catering even to those who are waiting.
- Provide expert advice that focuses on delivering simple and efficient solutions while exceeding customer needs.
- Present devices and services attractively in the shop, adhering to marketing and design guidelines to foster an experiential environment.
- Incorporate creative ideas from everyday life to actively enhance the shop's ambiance.
- Check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing, and prepare items for returns.
- Receive repaired devices and prepare them for customer pickup.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
We Expect
- Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service sector.
- A passion for customer interaction and a keen interest in telecommunications.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A pleasant and communicative demeanor.
- A team player with a stellar reputation.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus.
- German: C1 proficiency.
- Swiss German: B1 proficiency.
