Job Description
- Proactively and warmly approach customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop, even for waiting customers.
- Provide competent advice aimed at offering simple and efficient solutions that exceed customer needs.
- Attractively present devices and services in the shop in accordance with marketing and design guidelines to create an engaging environment.
- Share ideas from everyday experiences to actively shape the shop's ambiance.
- Oversee new deliveries, ensuring quality, quantity, and timing, and prepare items for return as necessary.
- Accept repaired devices and prepare them for customer pickup.
- Assist with inventory checks.
We Expect
- Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service sector.
- A passion for customer interaction and a genuine interest in telecommunications.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A pleasant and communicative demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with an impeccable character.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- German proficiency: B1.
- Swiss German proficiency: B1.
