Job Description
As a sales consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively approaching customers with warmth and kindness, ensuring that they feel welcomed and acknowledged in the shop.
- Providing knowledgeable advice on all products and services, aiming to identify efficient and straightforward solutions that exceed customer needs.
- Presenting the shop as a world of experiences by showcasing devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design guidelines, ensuring they are attractively staged and enjoyable for customers.
- Developing creative ideas from daily business operations to enhance the design of the shop.
In this role, you will not only be a salesperson but also an integral part of the customer experience. Your ability to respond to customer needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial for our team's success. We Expect
- Completion of training (EFZ/EBA) in a sales or service environment.
- A genuine enjoyment of customer interactions and a keen interest in the telecommunications industry.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal.
- A passionate team player with an impeccable reputation.
- Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a significant advantage.
