Job Description
Period: 02.06.2025 – 01.12.2025 (extension possible)
Sales Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach customers with warmth and kindness, ensuring all customers – including those waiting – feel welcome and valued in the shop.
- Provide expert advice on all products and services, aiming to find efficient and uncomplicated solutions while recognizing and exceeding customer needs.
- Present the shop as an experiential world: showcase devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design guidelines, ensuring they are attractively staged and engaging for customers.
- Develop ideas from daily operations to enhance collaborative shop design.
Logistics Responsibilities:
- Check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing.
- Prepare goods accurately for return to the distribution center.
- Receive repaired devices and prepare them for handover to the customer, including providing information regarding readiness for pick-up.
- Assist with inventory counts.
Qualifications We Expect:
- Qualification (EFZ/EBA) in the sales or service sector.
- Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience in consulting.
- Enjoyment of customer interactions and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal.
- Passionate team player with an impeccable reputation.
