Join us as a Sales Consultant in Telecommunications, where you will play a vital role in promoting, selling, and supporting the telecommunications products and services of our client, the market leader in the telecommunications industry. As a brand ambassador, you will advise customers and address their needs while seamlessly navigating the worlds of Apple and Android with your technical expertise.

Job Description

Employment Period: 01.06.25 – 30.11.2025 (extension possible)

Sales

  • Proactively approach customers with warmth and friendliness, ensuring that all customers— including those waiting—feel welcomed and acknowledged in the shop.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on all products and services with the goal of identifying efficient and straightforward solutions, recognizing and exceeding customer needs.
  • Showcase the shop as an experiential space: display devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design guidelines, ensuring they are attractively staged for customer engagement.
  • Contribute ideas from daily operations for the co-design of the shop environment.

Logistics

  • Check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing.
  • Prepare goods accurately for return to the distribution center.
  • Receive repaired devices and prepare them for return to customers, including information regarding readiness for pickup.
  • Assist in inventory counts.

We Expect

  • Qualification (EFZ/EBA) in the sales or service sector.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or consumer electronics sector.
  • Consulting experience.
  • A passion for customer interaction and a genuine interest in the industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
  • Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
  • A dedicated team player with an excellent reputation.
