Job Description
- Proactively and warmly approaching customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop, even for waiting customers.
- Providing competent advice with the goal of offering simple and efficient solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Attractively presenting devices and services in the shop according to marketing and design guidelines to create an experiential environment.
- Contributing everyday insights to actively shape the store experience.
- Checking new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing, as well as preparing returns.
- Accepting and preparing repaired devices for customer pickup.
- Supporting inventory management tasks.
What We Expect
- Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service sector.
- A passion for customer interaction and an interest in telecommunications.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A friendly and communicative demeanor.
- A team player with an impeccable reputation.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- German: C1, Swiss German: C1, English: B1.
