As a Sales Consultant in the Basel area, you will leverage your expertise to provide knowledgeable advice on our products and effectively recognize customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing innovative ideas for shop improvements based on daily operations.
• Inspecting new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timeliness.
• Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for customer handover.

We Expect

• A Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) or Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) in a sales or service environment.
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
• A well-groomed and stylish appearance.
• A collaborative team player.
