Key Responsibilities

As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset, you will serve as the primary point of contact for orthopaedic and Sports Medicine surgeons, operating room managers, and staff in hospitals and clinics. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate, organize, and ensure the correct application of our high-quality, innovative products.

  • Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
  • Systematically plan and organize your own field service activities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers.
  • Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations.
  • Organize and implement training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals.
  • Achieve general and specific sales targets related to market penetration and sales success.
  • Develop and implement sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager for your designated area.
  • Represent the business unit at congresses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Fluent in German and English, proficient in a business context.
  • Experience in Medical Device Sales, Operating Room Sales, Orthopaedic Devices, Sports Medicine, or Orthopaedic Surgery is essential.
  • Highly flexible, willing, and able to travel within the German region.
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence.
  • Customer-oriented personality with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals.
  • Determination, self-motivation, and a willingness to excel.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Creativity and openness to change.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
